Engagement, team spirit, cleverness and creativity – the Winter Team Challenge requires a lot of your team. Thereby snow shoeing, building ropeways, biathlon shooting, etc. provide enormous fun and intensive experience of the group.

Speed, endurance and strength are secondary attributes for this day. The winning team rather shows good teamwork, efficient usage of resources and the ability to find creative solutions in difficult situations. Even though there is only one winning team at the end: The actual winners of this day are sportsmanship and team spirit.

  • The participants receive a detailed briefing by the faszinatour trainers, already split into small teams of 4 to 8 people: How do I use snow shoes? How does a compass work? Which knot to use to build a ropeway? Small, moderated workshops provide the necessary hard skills.
  • Numbers are attached, food for the team provided – there it is: the starting signal! The teams move from checkpoint to checkpoint. Compass, GPS device and road book help but supporting each other and teamwork is essential.
  • The tasks to be solved at different checkpoints are moderated and facilitated by faszinatour trainers. No matter if biathlon shooting, crossing a valley using a self-made ropeway or building a stable transportation device – every challenge provides essential points.
  • All teams get to the final destination at the end of the day with an acceptable tiredness. Meanwhile having punch at the campfire, stories are told and the winners are rewarded.
